Delays in Generating our monthly statements
Since our recent system upgrade, we have experienced some minor issues with generating our monthly client statements due to incorrect formatting of statement information.
Statements were generated for July 2021 and August 2021, however a decision was made to defer generating the September 2021 statements until the issues were resolved.
At this stage we are planning to generate statements at the close of business this Friday 29 October 2021 which will incorporate account information for September and October.
New Statement Stationary
To streamline our current monthly process of generating separate statement runs for CDF Sydney clients and CDF Broken Bay clients on separate statement stationary,
future statements generate will now incorporate both CDF Sydney and CDF Broken Bay logos, in line with our online forms available on our CDF Website, refer sample statement below.
EFT Account Details
We are currently investigating the option of including the new EFT account details on our statements.
This will enable you to provide copies of statements to third party providers to confirm EFT account details and negate the current need for the CDF to provide separate account confirmation letters on your behalf.
We will provide a further update once this has been implemented.
