	Board Members
	Mr John Flynn John is a Finance Consultant who has been on the Advisory Board since 2005. He was appointed the Chairman of the Advisory Board on the 1st July 2017.
	Very Rev Dr. Gerald Gleeson VG Dr Gerald is the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Sydney. He joined the Advisory board on the 1st July 2017.
	Mr Robert Baker B.Bus, FCA Robert Baker joined the CDF Advisory Board in 2011 and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. He is a Company Director and is a former partner of the firm Pricewaterhousecoopers.
	Mr Michael Digges Michael is the Business Manager of the Archdiocese of Sydney and joined the Advisory Board on 12 November 2014.
	Neil Schafer Neil joined the Advisory Board on the 1st September 2016. He is a Company Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Monte St Angelo Mercy College.
	Elizabeth Tydd LLB, LLM, Cert. Legal Practice, Grad. Cert. Corporate Governance, GAICD, Dip. Social Welfare Elizabeth joined the Advisory Board on the 15th September 2016. She is the NSW Information Commissioner and CEO of the NSW Information and Privacy.
	Mr Glenn McLachlan B.Bus, ACA, F.Fin. Glenn is the Director of System Stewardship at Sydney Catholic Schools. He joined the Advisory Board on the 1st May 2017.
	Ms Barbara Thompson B.Bus, CA, MBA, Certificate in Governance for Not-for-Profits Barbara is a Compliance Manager for a listed investment company and a Member of the College of Consulters for Catholic Missions. She joined the Board in May 2017
	Ms Rebecca Davies B.Ec, LLB (Hons) FAICD Rebecca is a professional company director and governance writer and teacher. She joined the Advisory board on the 1st July 2017.
	Reverend Lawrence Cauchi B.Th Fr Lawrence Cauchi is the Parish Priest of Malabar & Matraville Parishes and was appointed to the CDF Advisory board on 21st June 2018.
