Mgr Usher is the Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Sydney and the Parish Priest of the Mortlake Parish who has been a Board member since 2005.  He is Chairman of the Nominations Committee.

Robert Baker joined the CDF board in 2011 and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. He is a partner of the firm Pricewaterhousecoopers .

Danny is the Business Manager of the Archdiocese of Sydney who has been on the Board since 2003. He is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominations Committee.

Bill is a partner of Makinson and d’Apice Lawyers who has been a Board member since 1993.

John is a Finance Consultant who has been on the Board since 2005.  He is the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Karl is the Executive Chairman of Ord Minnett who has been a Board member since 2007.

Fr Danai is an Assistant Priest at St Mary’s Cathedral who has been a Board member since 2009.

William is the Director of Financial Services for the Sydney Catholic Education Office who joined the Board in 2010. He is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
